Your earnings are a percentage of the re-selling price for your item.

The re-selling price is what we can sell the item for. Unfortunately, used items lose a lot of their value once they leave the store. This is especially true for fast fashion clothing. That’s why you may sometimes find the re-selling price low, especially when compared to the price you paid for the new item. Nevertheless, we do our best to sell your items for as high as possible.

The percentage you receive depends on the re-selling price of the item. See the payout chart below:

• Less than or equal to 5 EUR — 0%
• 5-10 EUR — 20%
• 10-20 EUR — 40%
• 20-50 EUR — 50%
• 50-100 EUR — 60%
• 100+ EUR — 70%

We cover the costs of shipping, sorting, handling, and selling, as well as the risk of unsold items (which often happens). Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a payout for items under 5 EUR: the handling costs for such items exceed the revenue we receive. Therefore, we will donate these items to charities.

We cannot sell items and will not issue a payout for:
• Items with significant wear
• Damaged items (tears, holes, missing parts, broken zippers, altered hems, missing tags)
• Restricted categories (jewellery, underwear, intimate apparel) and counterfeit items
• Items without a size label (unless they fit all sizes)
• Items without a brand label (unless it is an easily identifiable brand and the item is in good resalable condition).
We will donate or recycle such items based on their condition.

You can send in nearly any clothing and footwear items you'd like, just ensure they're in good condition (check out the requirements section). Please note that we won't be able to resell certain items, such as underwear, jewelry, non-clothing items, or anything counterfeit. However, those unsellable items might still qualify for recycling or donation, so we'd be happy to accept them, though we can't offer payment for them.

At the moment, we're focused on clothing and footwear and don't accept other product categories. But in the future, we're planning to broaden our service to include items like toys, electronics, furniture, and more, making it as easy as a click to host your own "garage sale." Stay tuned!

Items should be clean. All the rest is fine. Please note that items with tears and significant damages can't be resold and can be only sent for donations or recycling. Check out “How much can I earn” section for more details.

Our clean-out bags are designed for around 25 small items like t-shirts or XS/S sized jeans, shirts, dresses. Or it’s 12 mid-size items like jeans, shirts, dresses, skirt of M/L size. Or it can fit 3-4 large items, like coats or oversize sweaters. And of course you can combine it, for example: 1 jacket, 3 jeans, 2 skirts, 5 t-shirts.

Once our buyer sorted through your bag, we'll send you a report with our price offer. We'll reach out to you for confirmation, and if you're satisfied, we'll send your payment using IBAN bank transfer. You won't need to worry about whether your items sell - we take on that risk. In case you’re not happy with the offered price - we will arrange a bag return for you.

We're committed to providing fair compensation for your items. If our offer doesn't resonate with you, we'll return all your items at no cost. Kindly note, we currently don't offer partial returns.
